Court Upholds Sconset Bluff Project

A Massachusetts Superior Court judge has upheld the Nantucket Conservation Commission’s decision approving the Sconset Bluff Coastal Resilience Project. The ruling affirms the Commission’s decision and represents another important step forward in efforts to protect the Sconset Bluff and Nantucket’s coastline from ongoing erosion. The project is the result of years of scientific study, environmental review and public discussion.
